Annual General Meeting 2021

The 142nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of Penrith Building Society was held at 6.00pm on Wednesday, 21 April 2021. Due to the on going COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdown conditions caused by this, the AGM was again hosted virtually. CEO Tim Bowen presented the agenda from the Penrith Building Society Head Office.

As has been the case for a number of years the Society donates a sum to a nominated charity for each vote cast. This year it has been agreed that a donation in respect of each of vote cast will be split between the nominated charities Eden Animal Rescue, The Calvert Trust and Eden Riding for the Disabled.
