We had a great day as Principal Partner at Penrith Show

We are always proud to be involved in our local community and after a break for a few years Penrith Agricultural Show returned this year and we couldn’t have been more pleased and excited to be Principal Partner.

We have supported this local show for many years and this year it felt even more important to make it the best one ever!

We shared our tent with our local flagship publication the Cumberland and Westmorland Herald, and also took the opportunity to highlight our various Affinity partners Eden Valley Hospice, Annie Mawson’s Sunbeams Music Trust, Pride in Penrith Lottery, Penrith & District Red Squirrel Group and PRUFC Juniors. It was a great chance to showcase their work and let people see how they could help them by opening an affinity account with the Society.

We also featured our brand new Junior Affinity partner Greener Every Day who proved extremely popular with their tree planting activities and information on how they are making the world a greener and healthier place. We are so pleased to be partnered with them and to give our Junior savers an opportunity to help them achieve their goals.

We had a fantastic day! The weather was glorious and we were kept busy all day meeting people and enjoying all the activities we had to offer – not to mention the all important cold drinks on a scorching day!
Many thanks to all our Affinity partners for joining us and to all the people who visited us, roll on next year!
