Mortgage applications temporarily paused

We are temporarily pausing new mortgage applications. This is a decision that we have not taken lightly, but due to an unprecedented level of new business, our service levels have begun to reach a point that we are no longer comfortable with.

Pausing new applications will enable us to quickly process our backlog and get all cases to offer and completion as soon as possible.

The decision to re-enter the market will be communicated as soon as possible.

If you have recently submitted a mortgage application, please ensure the application fee is paid and mortgage declarations are uploaded by 5pm on Friday 30 September. Failure to do so will mean we’re unable to continue with the application.

If you have recently spoken with our Business Development Officer or Head of Mortgages about a new enquiry, regrettably we are unable to consider your application at this time.
