I’d like to switch my mortgage deal

We are transparent in all our dealings with our members. We write to all eligible borrowers around 8 weeks before their mortgage deal comes to an end and, as we understand that not all borrowers circumstances are the same, within our correspondence we will advise you of the products available for your situation.

Changing product is easy! As long as you do not want to make any other changes to your mortgage account, we do not re-assess your affordability, there are no solicitors or surveyors needed, just a couple of signatures are required.
